Do you want to learn more about how working with a Life Coach can change your
life? Come spend an evening with Allyson Lee, Executive Life Coach, to discover
why so many people are hiring coaches to help them lead more fulfilling and successful
lives. Experience coaching techniques in a mini-workshop and see the impact that
coaching can have on your life.
Mini-Workshop: In a Rut? Get out of it now!
How many times have you said to yourself, "I'm in a rut!" Ruts are
common and most of us find ourselves in this unhappy place at numerous times in
our lives. Being in a rut zaps the energy out of you and can bore you to tears,
but at the same time, ruts are difficult places to leave. Drawing on her experience
as a Life Coach, Allyson will discuss the pitfalls of being in a rut, reasons
why so many of us fall into ruts and how we can break free and go after what we
really want in life. In this mini-workshop, Allyson will help you:
- clarify why you are in a rut
- identify areas where you want to make changes
- receive the motivation and the tools you need to get out of your rut and move
forward
